Honey Bee Colony Photo Gallery

The Team has removed and relocated honey bee colonies from some surprising places in SLO County and they love to share their pictures with customers, family and friends! Some rescue colonies are newly established, and others have been in residence for many years. The bees amaze Suzi, the Team and their customers, every single day.

Suzi carefully grades each individual colony for overall health and productivity.   If a rescue colony is newly established, the Team gives them a hive box with drawn comb.  If a rescue colony is starving, they begin feeding on the jobsite.  If a rescue colony is infested with Varroa mites, they begin treatment immediately.  If a rescue colony queen is failing, The Team will replace her.  Suzi and the Team have the knowledge and resources necessary to guarantee the continued productivity of the colonies in their care.
